| Introduction | I am an executive and career transition coach; a maximizer, helping leaders transform from strong to superb. My intuitive approach to coaching empowers leaders to see new patterns and create alternative ways toward achieving their goals. I work with clients to identify and articulate their unique value. Together, we develop clear, concise and crisp (not canned) stories that convey their value; how they achieve that value; and examples of those achievements.
