| Introduction | My name is Aaran and I am a 23 year old fitness enthusiast. I have a beautiful wife and young son who motive me to do my best. With out them and their support I would not be the man I am to day. I have had a long and tenuous relationship with fitness due to my own high goals. I was a member of the Royal Navy for a very short time and have learnt alot from my time there. It is important to remember though that I am by no means an expert on any of these subjects. I do not hold a qualification in this area, I am just a normal guy looking for a cheaper option. |
