| Introduction | I'm Jess, a 28 year old mama trying to get (and stay!) organized with meal planning and feeding my family healthfully (most of the time!). My house consists of me, my wonderful and hardworking husband (M), our adorable 2 1/2 year old (E or the Mouse), and our patient Golden Retriever. "Mouse" is one of our toddler's nicknames and thus why this blog is called Mouse Nibbles. :) My original plan with this blog was for it to be a food blog, but don't be surprised if you see non-food posts!
