| Introduction | Sinner saved by the grace of God alone, called according to His purposes alone, trying to live for His glory through an active faith in Jesus Christ, seeking to further the advancement of His Kingdom on earth, husband of one wife, father of one son, two daughters, one foster son, enjoyer five grandchildren, master of one dog, slave of one cat, transplanted Yank, retired missionary who served for 23 years with Wycliffe Bible Translators among the Warlpiri people of Central Australia, former adult educator and prison officer, now employed as a Trainer with the Aboriginal Interpreter Service in Alice Springs. How long I keep this blog up and running is anyone's guess, but God's certain knowledge. I will write as He leads. I sometimes leave things unfinished; God finishes everything. I hope at the very start of this enterprise to be led to write about all sorts of weird and wonderful things, serious and funny, general and personal, religious and...I was about to say secular, but there is nothing that is secular--everything bears the stamp of ownership by Jesus Christ, and that includes me and you.
