Introduction	I am the Fat Lady. Only, I'm not fat... at least not anymore. I love food. I have always loved food. The texture, the taste, and the joy of creating the food. I love to cook as much as I love to eat. And parties- I LOVE A PARTY! I love the atmosphere of friends and family coming together. Planning a party and seeing the reaction people have when they see a artfully decorated table, or the face of a child light up when she sees her birthday cake for the first time.... those are the moments I live for.... I believe you have to love food to create great food. But I don't think you need any special training to cook. Anyone with the passion for food can create a spectacular dish.
