| Introduction | I spent 30 years of my life as an educator at the high school level. I taught both History and Science, starting in private/parochial schools for my first fifteen years and ending in a public school for the final 15. Upon retirement in 2012, I began work as a part time Adjunct History Professor. I was educated by Dominican nuns at St. Martin of Tours and Jesuit priests at Fordham Prep, both in the Bronx, so I have been educated to question everything.I worked briefly as an Operations Manager for Dun and Bradstreet before changing careers. I was a competitive Judoka from age 7 to age 28 an hold the rank of Shodan, or Black Belt, 1st degree. I have been married for 34 years to my wife Nancy and have two beautiful daughters, Bridget and Anna. |
