Introduction	The author, born Brooke Wylie, naturally came into the name Babbling Brooke some years ago. Prone to rapid and animated conversation about those subjects she deems interesting; Brooke rarely fails to live up to her moniker and has furthermore embraced it as a pen name. Whenever possible she seeks out the comfort of a movie theater and relishes in the hum of the projector mingled with the scent of popcorn. A compulsive dvd buyer, Brooke has the uncanny ability to find bins of movies in the unlikeliest of places and is a formidable opponent when it comes to playing the Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon. A tight knit circle loving of friends and family afford endless amusement. Spontaneous sessions of tunnel tag, marathon bouts of Risk, feeble attempts at bowling, frequent baking, and intellectual indulgence make getting from day to day something more than a monotonous progression of time. Brooke also delights in using the word sassy, inapproprate laughter, reese's pieces with popcorn, slushies, good music, great books, and warm puppies.
