| Introduction | I've figured out blogs need "themes" or a "central premise". So what's mine? I'm still figuring that out... but for now I will say that my blog will contain my experiences-the good, the bad and (hopefully not) the ugly- with beauty fads and regiments. It will include posts on things I hope others find useful and informative, couched in a *nervous laugh* enjoyable, humorous read. When I get a bit braver, it will include posts on life's do's and don'ts by someone who inadvertently, in pursuit of the "do's", discovered more of the "don'ts". I'm older than I want to be, a little less wiser than I'd like to be, but know there's still plenty of time to learn more. I might also have the occassional rant on things I feel I have a semblance of knowledge about- and even on things I probably don't. You won't find me gushing about celebrities I adore, or style icons- or other inane, superficial things than annoy the bejesus out of me. Blogs should enlighten, not deflate, enrich and educate- not pointlessly worship people who are all smoke and mirrors to begin with.
