Introduction	I have been in tech industry for more than 27+ years. I started my programming by manipulating Z80 processors using Assembly Language. Those were the fun days. For last 10 years I am mostly involved in Product management, team management for large scale enterprise applications. Part of that involved developing applications for Telecommunication sector involving SIP, RTP, SS7 etc. I loved the realtime aspect of such applications. Now, I am working as Chief Information Officer at NovoTel Ltd. wich is a International Voice Gateway service provider in Bangladesh.
