| Introduction | Hello all. My name is Neetu Alan and I'm here to tell you a story..a story of a girl who until bout 3 years ago could'nt even boil water! Surprise, surprise, that character was me :). But before that, a little background info...I'm from India, specifically from God's own country, Kerala. In 2009, I tied the knot with A. I still remember the time when Al invited 2 of his colleagues home, and I made some dessert. Oh God, I think the garbage can would have cried if it had feelings..it was that bad! However, I took that as a challenge, and the next time they came home, I made some chicken biriyani. It was a big hit! So there we are, if there's a will, there's surely a way! This blog is for all those of you who consider cooking to be a tiring, monotonous routine. Well, there's no better award than seeing people relish your food. Trust me, I know the feeling.
