| Introduction | I'm twenty-something years old who's passionate about cooking great food for family and friends. There's nothing more rewarding that cooking a meal for someone you love and having them tell you it's one of the best meals they've eaten. I started this blog to share my knowledge, passion, and experience to help young adults make gourmet dishes and get cooking again. I'm a firm believer that a family that eats together is a family that stays together. In other words, when you're able to enjoy a great, homecooked meal with family and friends, it makes your relationship that much stronger. When I'm in the kitchen, it's a balance between science and art. So here I am trying to get the iGeneration back in the kitchen....So put down your iPhones and turn off your iPod because I'm about to take you all over the world..one plate at a time... |
