Introduction	Hi! I am an amateur baker and novice blogger, but I hope you enjoy seeing some of my attempts at simple home baking (from my tiny kitchen here in London!) I live with my husband and work full time so don’t get as much time as I would like to bake (which is probably a good thing for my waistline!). I am from Australia, but was born in Northern Ireland and I have a Polish husband, so you may find some traditional recipes from each along the way. I love trying new recipes and want to improve my baking skills, so please share any tips, tricks or sweet treat ideas of your own. Enough about me – let’s get baking!
