| Introduction | I was born on a Tuesday,3yrs after d turbulence and canons of d 1984-Hunger ceased in Ghana.I was christened John, to signify d graciousness of God who crafted me.I grew up in a serene village in Central Ghana where I had my artistic life shapened.I relished d sight of d sun as it sets and casts its golden hues on the trees and plants dat sustained our community.I reclined under d boughs of pride of Barbados tree,where hawks pitched their nets,to enjoy d sound of solitude.As a little child, I loved the sight of books and the printed letters on them.Books made me live in the world they created in my imagination. So as i grew up, I began to pour back the images and voices that inhabited my inner world.Thus began my surjourn in2 d world of writing: fiction,prose and poetry.I have a longing, and it wont let me out of its grip.I love to stand on a pedestal and scream out like wisdom from rooftops. I love to stand and proclaim FREEDOM to the far ends of the earth. For all men were created to love God,worship Him,love their fellow human, and to serve other humans with love! |
