IntroductionThe goal of CrossFit Ascension is to help people achieve their maximum potential for physical fitness. We build up your fitness to shield you from injury and sickness and to allow you to be the happiest person possible. For your first session we will go over a physical activity readiness questionaire and liability waiver, getting to know you by asking questions about your general physical health and daily activities. According to how this question and answer session goes you will then be taken through a trial workout by one of our coaches. Then you will be allowed to join in with the class for one week free of charge. Once you have completed your trial week you can decide for yourself if CrossFit Ascension is right for you. All of our members will receive helpful tips and tricks for everything fitness related. This includes, but is not limited to, great info on nutrition, exercise, and flexibility. If you want to see results then you need to surround yourself with people who want the same thing for themselves and for you. Ascension is not just a gym. It is a community of friends who share a common goal. To utilize fitness as a pathway to an easier and happier everyday life.
