| Introduction | The Palawan Bushman is the nom de plume of a veteran Filipino journalist/writer who will not shirk from asking provocative questions and writing fearless comments about news events, politics and social customs of his native country, the Philippines. His mission is to deflate much of the sanitized image that his government and fellow citizens carefully cultivate and project in front of the rest of the world. This is in the belief that the sooner Filipinos learn to be candid about their problems, instead of denying they exist, the sooner the entire nation can cure these problems and move forward to a better future. |
