Introduction	Hello and thank you for stopping by, First and foremost let me introduce myself, my name is Steven Perez, I turned 50 years old this past May 2011 For the people that know me, this is what they would say; He’s a nice guy by trait, you know the kind.. the one who will smile at a strangers knowing they will smile back, and those that don't smile back, well.. that's on them... so I just move on. At least that’s one thing I’m hoping they would say…LOL Okay, back to me, I'm a proud parent of a 13 year old daughter. Not to sound like every father, but she is an awesome kid, I can't forget the fact that I'm a husband with a big responsibilities, not the type who just provides for his family but the type who goes beyond the call of duty, Like lending a hand at doing laundry or washing dishes, and I have to admit, I include treating myself from time to time.
