Introduction	I created Today I Choose Life to share my journey through recovery from Anorexia, through my struggle with self hatred and depression, through the daily decision I have to make to CHOOSE LIFE, and centered at the heart of it all is My journey to a life centered around my Lord and savior Jesus Christ. My Hope is that I can bring awareness and a realness to the ugliness of eating disorders and other dark issues, that I can be of help bringing hope to those also struggling, and most of all I hope my words can spread the love of Jesus Christ!
