| Introduction | - 13+ years of HR/OD/Management experience. - Hired out of top 25 MBA program into a Fortune 10 company to support HR function. - Solicited to support a major re-structuring, post-layoff project as an HR Generalist. - As an intern, involved in 2 high-level OD projects. - Moved on to become Training & Development Manager of fledgling global restaurant chain. - S/PHR Certified in May 2009. - Exceptional presenter. - Talented trainer and cross-functional liaison. - Willing to relocate within Western United States – UT, AZ, CO, ID, TX, WA preferred. - Green Belt trained. - Not afraid of challenges. - Fluent in 2 Filipino dialects, conversant in a 3rd—with some knowledge of Spanish. - Confident finding answers and utilizing available resources, but still learning—just like everybody else! - Willing to travel, up to 50%. - Devout family man and extremely high ethical standards. - Working on my golf game. - Always looking for a good restaurant. |
