| Introduction | Mark is a culturally aware peace builder who has worked for more than twenty-five years developing agreements, managing conflicts, and nurturing long-term relationships both internationally, and domestically in the USA. He is a team player working within varied organizations including Mediators Beyond Borders, SEEDS Civil Harassment Mediation Team, Riverstone Resolutions, LLC, and The Barre Restorative Justice team. He thrives on high intensity negotiations and has broad experience in cases involving violence, racial, ethnic, gender and class discrimination issues. Mark has deep seated experience and curiosity around negotiating, conflict management, facilitation, designing dialogue processes, conflict systems analysis, and mediation. He gets his formal conflict transformation knowledge via an MS in Mediation and Conflict Studies from the Woodbury Institute, backed up by training in Cross-Cultural Awareness, Conflict Systems Analysis, High Conflict Personalities, Restorative Justice, Diversity & Equity, Elder and Long-term Health Care Mediation, Panel Mediation Techniques, Dialogue and Communication Design, and a BS in Business and Personnel management. |
