Introduction wife to a home brewer, mom of two little boys, and managing a community collaborative to support children and families. i am a jeans and t-shirt kind of gal learning new tricks in the kitchen and finding time to exercise my body. i've usually got my tabs in a couple different books but have watched more movies than i care to admit lately. i appreciate a good meal and a good beverage, particularly with excellent company. i'm a Beachbody coach and love joining people on their journey to greater health. i'm humbled to be in relationship with the God of the Universe and i often fail to remember that i am not in the center of it. i enjoy small pleasures and big adventures and sharing them with my partner in strength and humor, pippin. this is my space to make public the lessons i'm learning while this extrovert is caught at home, just brewing.
