Introduction	My company InnerSpirit, offers Art Therapy and Psychotherapy for both individuals and groups. I also offer several art therapy workshops. I believe that artistic expression is the key to learning about ourselves, staying in touch with the “innerspirit” that we may discover, and understanding what makes us happy, peaceful and successful in our lives. I also believe that art and healing are an integral part of the human experience and I invite you to explore them more fully as a way of centering and holistically positioning yourself within your personal and professional worlds as you move through this life.
