Introduction	Hello! My name is Kameron. I am 24 years old and recently decided to challenge myself to get back into shape, hence the creation of this site. Setting goals, taking risks, and challenging myself are things I love to do and it seems I have not done this enough lately. Over the past several years my workout routine have become stagnant and my ability to focus on my fitness goals has decreased. Overall, I think there are several factors that play into the overall decline in my consistent workout routine, but I am challening myself to get back on track and GET BACK INTO SHAPE!!!
