| Introduction | I am a Certifiable Dieter in the insanity of the dieting sense, not the educated sense, and have been at every stage of life, even the healthier stages. I have decided that since I was only given this one body, and I have to live my whole life in it, it is about time I start showing it the respect it deserves.
