| Introduction | Hello! My name is Carole and I am a naturopathic medical student at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. I witnessed the degrading effects of poor quality of life on health, such as, low water/air/soil quality and poor nutrition, when I lived in Zaire (currently, the Democratic Republic of Congo) for five years, and two other years off the coast of Africa. Gaining more awareness to protect and preserve health and the environment (think globally, act locally!) are equal goals and my number one priority as they interact on many levels. The main initiative of my blog is to tell a story about my journey in Naturopathic school and thereafter. |
