| Introduction | Welcome to our site, a place where you can not only view the current issue but find up to date news and events for families in the Tuscaloosa area, Give -A-Ways and More! I created Kids Life Magazine 11 years ago and have loved bringing you a publication that showcases all Tuscaloosa has to offer its families. Not only does our community offer many activities and family-oriented events, we also have wonderful shopping! I grew up in Russellville, AL and moved to Tuscaloosa in 1991 to attend the University of Alabama. I married my husband, Brian, in 1996. We had our daughter, Farris, in 2001 and couldn’t imagine living in a better city to raise our family. He practices law at Turner & Turner, P.C. and we are actively involved in First Baptist Church. • Kids Life Magazine is FREE and distributed to over 250 locations including malls, local doctor’s offices, children’s specialty shops, restaurants and child care centers, with an estimated readership of 30,000 per issue.
