Introduction	Hi! My name is Mara, and Now I love to cook… I said Now because before I got married I used to heat up leftovers for my now husband, and he would say "Don’t worry, I always find something to eat at your parent's", so he never complained. It all started in my newlywed home, looking for that OM state of mind that everybody has described feeling when cooking, but just in another words, like relaxing, comforting… So I said to myself let's try and see how it goes!,...and I discovered that I liked what I was cooking, and so my husband and family… and the best part of all, was that I encountered myself cooking more and more each day, to make the people I love happy, and to feel that point where peacefulness and enjoyment create what I call my OM state of mind!
