Introduction	Progenies - those who come after me. I like working on my family tree, I like getting to know more about the people who came before me. Especially my grandmothers. Data doesn't usually make them warm, human, or real. But when I find a letter penned by one family member to another - well, it's like gold. People gone to their maker become real, and they are my family. So Addison, my dear granddaughter, and you who come behind her. . . this is for you! Your chance to know me better. It is also for anyone who thinks that what I have to say is interesting enough to read what I have to say. I'm a woman who has had some fascinating experiences and I'm mostly grateful. I love to laugh, and I love to be with others, caught in moments of laughter. I think God likes to laugh too. I mean seriously - puppies? I'm happy to report that I know God is in the midst of Creation waiting for us to have the will to get love right. That is the verb 'love', loving our neighbors as ourselves, assuming a love of self of course. So, I hope you enjoy this blog, and I hope others do too.
Favorite music	Most any music. Not very fond of Country, but do like some (but don't tell anyone). Not crazy about music sung by squeaky sopranos either, but many sopranos are a blessing.
