About me

Introduction	My parents came to Gunnison to attend Western State in the 60s. Naturally they fell in love with the Gunnison Valley and have been here ever since. My mom, Linda, became a teacher at Gunnison Community Schools and my dad, John, started the Gunnison Country Guide Service; a hunting, horseback riding, and fishing guide service. I spent my youth around horses; fishing, hiking, camping, and exploring the area surrounding Gunnison. Throughout college at WSC I studied Geology and pursued my passion of endurance sports; biking, running, adventure racing. Recently I have returned to Gunnison in order to continue on with my education by taking grad school prerequisite classes at WSC. My heart and soul will always be in the Gunnison area, I know and love the community and consider this town my family.
