Student of movement arts for healing and creative expression- "formally" since 1973. Has worked and taught in a variety of clinical settings, rural and urban for over 30 years. Practitioner of Body-Mind Centering(R), massage therapy, Thai Massage and Polarity Therapy. Certified Pranakryia Yoga Instructor, Registered Nurse, Infant Massage instructor and lover of nature, swimming, trees and wilderness, dance and music and true believer in PLAY. Ongoing student at the Life Impressions Institute with Donald VanHowten. Currently studying Chi Nei Tsang with Jampa Mackenzie Stewart and Shanti Dechen of the Healing Tao Institute.
