She is inspired by her clients joy in growing beyond what they thought possible. Loree has been teaching fitness and core strengthening techniques in the Bay Area for over 20 years and is certified as a Health/Fitness instructor by the American College of Sports Medicine, and as a Pilates Rehabilitation Practitioner by Polestar Pilates Education. |
