| Introduction | I currently live in Miami Beach and I love it (Pensacola, Florida is home).I have a small beach front condo in South Beach, and the view from my window is amazing.South Beach is amazing, I wouldn't trade this experience for anything in the world. Thanks to my incredible job, I've been given the opportunity to see and do things I never thought possible or imaginable. I had a very interesting year. I was diagnosed with cancer in July of 07'. I always knew that I was a survivor, and I could handle anything thrown at me.I'm prepared to win this battle, but whether I win or lose, God chose me for a reason.A lot of wonderful things happened to me as well ~ I found my soulmate (Ernest); re-kindled old friendships, made new ones.I've learned to trust, believe in myself and not give into weakness. I realized how valuable, worthy and loved I am. I now know that tears are a sign of strength, not fear or weakness. But most of all, I learned not to take life or it's opportunities for granted. Life is too short, and I live everyday as if it were my last. |
