| Introduction | This is a blog that I set up to track my workout routine through my second pregnancy. I had such a great pregnancy the first time around, and I attribute a lot of it to my exercise routine throughout. I didn't document it though, so my memory is fuzzy as to what I could do and for how long, as well as how I felt. This time I want to track everything I do throughout each stage of pregnancy, and perhaps see how the activity (or lack thereof) impacts the way I feel. There's not a lot of "meat" to this blog right now, but I'm hoping I can use this information to expand on how exercise has impacted my pregnancy and perhaps someday be able to help other women with this information. |
