| Introduction | I'm half Danish and Icelandic. I grew up in Mestersvig, NE-Greenland & Norway. I'm educated as a carpenter in Denmark. I spent 5 years in the Danish army and navy. March 2005 - July 2007 I was a member of the military Sledge patrol SIRIUS. Aug 2007 - Aug 2008 I was working as the station leader on Naval guard Mestersvig, NE-Greenland. I spent 6 1/2 years on Svalbard, studying and working as a guide and geologist. I have a master in Glacial-geology from Iceland & Norway. From 2011-2015 I worked as an exploration geologist with "Store Norske", a coal mining company on Svalbard. Currently I work as a natural hazards specialist at the Icelandic Meteorological office in Iceland. |
