| Introduction | I am Doris in Napa, CA, married for over 30 years. I am mother to Kate, a biomedical engineer (can you tell I'm proud?) in S CA and Henry who took his life on May 8, 2007 at the age of 18. I have been beading for many years and have recently discovered chain maille. While I try hard to write mostly about my craft life and while I try hard to do "normal" and not to let what happened with Henry to be of over-riding importance in my life, sometimes it just is and it creeps into this blog. |
