| Introduction | I'm passionate about life and helping others achieve balance in their lives, like I was finally able to do! I was a Fire fighter for 6 years before an injury sent me into a downward spiral. I was healthy, fit and together, but the injuries caused me to lose my job, and then my identity. I spent the next 7 years on a roller coaster, but was finally able to pull myself out of my rut. Now I want to help others reach their fullest potential in life by passing on the things I've learned as to how to be happy, balanced and truly blessed! |
