| Introduction | My name is Lauren. I am -30-something, master's degree-educated constant survivor of Generalized Anxiety Disorder and panic attacks. I have also dealt with symptoms indicative of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I am using my ability to express myself in written form to share my story with others. My hope is to increase awareness of the prevalence of these issues, as well as allow this blog to serve as a means of catharsis for me as I continue to recover from the worst depressive episode of my life. |
