I know that preparation of food for the week is a challenge for most. Well, let me challenge you to pick a few simple, healthy, yet tasteful recipes that you can prepare for yourself. And when you are eating out, many times we are not sure where to go or what to eat, my restaurant reviews and suggestions will help you to decide where and what to eat. Remember, when eating out, it comes down to our choices that help keep us healthy. My first tip: always keep snacks handy. I pack fruit, protein bars, or a package of nuts in my bag so that I am not always running to a convenience store for chips or some other enticing, sugary snack.
