Introduction	After growing up in Saint Louis, I have found myself traveling and living around the world. Upon graduating from McBride High School in 1971, the next four years where spent with the U.S. Navy including 2½ years with the 1st and 3rd Marine Divisions (what else should one expect with a draft lottery number of 17). Since leaving McBride I have had the pleasure to live in Washington, D.C., Japan, California, a short return to St. Louis (´76 – ´80), Connecticut and since 1994 in Germany. My wife Anja and I are living in Salzbergen, Germany with our two youngest daughters Annabella (24) and Joy-Joann (14). Our oldest daughter Michelle (38) is living in Connecticut and graduated from the University of Connecticut in January 2008. Our next old daughter Vera (31) was married in March 2013 to Salvador Rodriguez and now living in Dallas,Texas.
