| Introduction | Up until recently, a mild-mannered photographer in the wild world of international fashion photography*. Now, in search of a new adventure. Due to forces beyond my control. Unfortunately. But still photographing. Maybe outdoor and scenic shots, or playing with lighting and shooting from unusual angles. I could also be riding one of my many bicycles on a road, a path or a trail. Maybe I'll be out hiking, or working on the computer, playing a game on my Xbox or finding something else to do... (* = shooting clothing on green screens or mannequins, or other goods on table tops.) The gear I use: In my studio photo work, I used company provided Nikon cameras. For myself, I've used a variety. A couple Olympus cameras and a Canon. But by far the bulk of my gear is newer and older Pentax cameras and lenses. It's what I started with long ago, and stuck with. Pentax is more of a niche camera brand these days, they used to be more common. But they have great features and work perfectly well for me! |
