Introduction	In 1995, the Deliverance House of Prayer Ordinations Council ordained Elder Scott as Bishop.. In the late 1990s’, Elder Scott, now Bishop Scott gave up pastoring to organize a Marriage Ministry along with his lovely wife Sis Brenda Scott. On the streets of Staten Island , New York, Bishop and Sis Scott starting with two couples and later growing to reach every borough in New York with approximately 75 couples; assembled monthly to receive the word of the Lord concerning their marriages. Currently Bishop and Sis Scott are members of the Heavens Gate Fellowship Church,under the tutoridge of Pastor Timothy Johns. Bishop continues to write articles concerning marriages as it pertains to the spiritual development of the church and the strengthening of marriages.
