Introduction | I am grateful to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I grew up in Utah with my wonderful parents and four siblings, three older sisters and a younger brother. From the time I was three years-old until I got married at age 20, I lived in the same home that my dad built. John and I met through my best friend, Connie, who happened to be John's first cousin. We met at his mission homecoming talk at Church. He became my second-best friend since I was already dating his best friend's younger brother. Confused yet! To make a long story short, we got married 6 weeks before my missionary got home. Our marriage has been a great ride! John and I have been incredibly blessed with seven of the greatest kids ever! They are the joy of our lives and as they 'increase' so does our joy. Six of our children have chosen wonderful spouses and through those unions, we have been given sixteen grandchildren to cherish so far. We hope that this is just the beginning! I am very grateful for my firm and strong testimony of the gospel and of God's love for each of us. |
