| Introduction | "If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you." This is the quote I tell myself at every morning. People are different. People are unique. This is the reason why world survives. By managing, motivating and solving their problems in an efficient and effective way we are in position to develop any organization. Working with different and unique people is a pleasure for me. I am good at motivating people. I am interested in solving humans’ problems. I am fond of making contacts in professional way. That’s why I choose Human Resource Management as my career ladder. Currently, I am following Human Resource Management special degree in the University of Sri Jayewardenepura (USJP). I am pursuing a diploma in counseling psychology in the mental health foundation Sri Lanka (MHF). In my free time I always try to absorb new knowledge, making contacts, helping people with their problems and motivating people. At the end of the day I want to be the happiest, the most successful and the best version of myself. |
