Introduction	i'm working on my undergraduate honors degree in art history with an arts admin certificate and a studio arts minor. while currently working in retail at a new age jewelry and gift store i'm interested in becoming an art gallery owner or art museum curator (while trying my hand at kombucha brewing on the side). most of my free time is spent hiking with my fiancé and our two black labs, dicey and cymba. i was raised vegetarian and so while i do eat some meat products (mostly fish and seafood) i'm very conscious of my health and of a variety of meat substitutes.

Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:

i'd probably use a paring knife to take the peel off in a spiral, but then i'd eat the peel.
