They tour as many as 20 homes per week in order to know the inventory for buyers and seller comparisons. They are very familiar with the criteria of the buyers and what today’s buyers are looking to purchase. This is invaluable information for a seller determining a price for their property. Three out of 4 weeks per month they are in front of buyers at open houses garnering more first hand information. Their commitment to real estate has become a passion over the years. |
