| Introduction | Bogong Horseback Adventures, under the stewardship of Kath and Steve, has grown to become a highly regarded and well respected leaders in the adventure tourism industry, with many challenges as well as awards and accolades along the way. Today, Kath continues to work with Bogong Horseback Adventures, now a third generation business with the involvement of both her adult sons, Lin and Clay Baird. The business, based at their Tawonga, Victoria, “Spring Spur” property, offers a range of horse experiences from short daily trail rides to extended multi-day expeditions into remote mountain country, a range of horsemanship and bush skill clinics and an Australian Stock Horse breeding stud. Bogong Horseback Adventures is currently developing an accommodation and hosting facility to value-add the experiences on offer and further grow the business. |
