| Introduction | In 1982 I married an Italian-American named Glenn Bonagura. On Sundays at his house his mom with the help of 4 sisters prepared the most amazing meals. Glenn always loved to cook, and in fact did so for many years every Sunday. In 2004 when our youngest son left for college I proclaimed my cooking days were over. I asked him what days he wanted to cook -- T/TH or M/W -- F/S/S we could make reservations! He told me that day he would cook everyday...he worked from home and could go to the store and prepare meals....he's been cooking for me, our friends and our family every day since. We'd love to have you over for dinner, but some of you live in another time zone, so here's what he cooking this week. Today, at the end of 2010, after spending 30 years with this man, I'm sharing his talents (in the kitchen) with you our friends and family. Mangia, Cindy |
