| Introduction | Welcome to my blog. I'm married to my husband of 17 years. We have been blessed with two great children who are currently testing us as they go through their teenage years. I work part-time supply teaching at two local secondary schools. I enjoy the flexibility the part-time work provides so I can balance family life with work. Where did the years go? In September, I will see lots of my son and daughter as they both will be in high school, one of the two schools I teach at. DD is now proudly driving us around as she learns to drive. I'm now on my third cutter and quite happy about it! I started with a Cricut Create in Nov 2009, then moved on to a Gazelle in May 2010 and as of July 2011, use a 24" Cougar. I'm loving the Cougar! It delivers on things the others could only promise. I use Make the Cut and Inkscape as my software with both the Cougar and Gazelle. I've enjoyed crafting most of my life. My crafts pursuits have included cake decorating, knitting, cross-stitch, needlework, quilting, jewellery making as well as other things I have tried along the way. |
