| Introduction | I was born in Kobe,Japan in 1953 and came to San Francisco in 1957. I began a passionate quest for exploring the nature of consciousness and reality beyond the world of appearances and limited views at the age of 17. I took my first T'ai Chi class in 1973 and have continued practice and study ever since. I have discovered that the core of healing is in realizing that which has always been at the center of all experience regardless of space, time and circumstance. And now there is an integration that is deepening beyond the distinction of Spiritual and Material. My purpose is to support and be supported in this journey into the unfolding Present. |
