| Introduction | Let's see...A family man who apparently needs to be obsessed about something in addition to my family. Currently that obesession is triathlons. In my first season, I found relative success early on (relative as in "good for a former fat guy"). I'm often asked how I do it, or I get comments on how great my genes must be. Truth is, I'm still trying to figure out how I do it and, while more than thankful for all the chromosomes from mom and dad, athletically I'm not so sure I'm genetically gifted.
