Introduction	My name is Amanda Hawley and I make ice cream cakes! Since I was a young girl I have been obsessed with ice cream cakes. My problem was that my favorite ice cream was Thrifty's ice cream and they don't make cakes. In 2002 I decided that I would start making my own cakes using the ingrediants that I felt were the best and I have continued perfecting my craft since. All my cakes are made using delicious Thrifty's Ice Cream and come in a multitude of different flavors, including Chocolate Malted Crunch, Cookies and Cream, Chocolate Chip, Coconut Pineapple and many more. Any flavor ice cream you like I can pair with either Chocolate, Vanilla or Marble cake. I love being creative, so give me a challenge!
